Second Boudoir Shoot – Did it for herself this time! – Madison, WI Boudoir Photographer

This was this lovely’s second session. It’s soooo amazing to shoot someone for the second time. Second timers already know the experience and the images are going to be amazing. The pre-session nerves are replaced with excitement and anticipation.
This pretty lady was like a completely different woman her second time around! It was incredible to see how much more at ease and confident she was. I think some women look at a boudoir shoot as a once in a lifetime experience. I’m here to day it most definitely does not have to be! Personally, I think making it an annual celebration of YOU is a FABULOUS idea!!
What is your age? 30
What do you do for a living? Feed sales associate at Organic Valley.
What made you decide to book a boudoir shoot?
I had done one almost 2 years ago as an anniversary present for my then husband. Since my first session with Jolene I have gotten divorced and my life has completely done a 180 turn. I have lost over 40 lbs and now this time I did my session for none other than ME. I felt so much more empowered and sexy this time around.
Did you have any fears going into your session?
None this time!!!
How was the actual session different from what you expected (if at all)?
As I said above, it was so different from my first one because of the reason I did it this time. It was all for ME and going into it, it made such a difference in my attitude, I was all of a sudden not worried about my stretch marks and flabby tummy, that’s what makes me, me!!
What was your favorite part of the entire experience? (hair and makeup, the shoot, image reveal, giving the images etc..)
Alllll of the above! Jolene makes you feel like a million dollars!
How has the response been to your images?
Um….. speechless!
What is your advice for women interested in a boudoir experience?
DO IT DO IT DO IT!!!
Did anything change about the way you see your own beauty as a result of your experience?
Absolutely! You always have an image of yourself when you look in a mirror, but when you see yourself from the angle of someone else, that’s the real you, can’t hide that! I realize all of the work, sweat, pain and tears of the last 18+ months have been so worth it and now see the results everyone else sees.
