What made you decide to book a boudoir photoshoot?
I’m going to be having a breast reduction done, and while I am so excited to get this procedure done for my mental and physical health… I wanted to remember what my body looked like before the surgery, and for my husband so he had a keepsake of what the girls looked like before I had the reduction done 😉
Did you have any fears going into your session? Initially I was nervous about behind half naked to fully naked in front of a total stranger, but then I didn’t care because Jolene does this every day and she’s seen hundreds of women’s bodies.
How was the actual session different from what you expected?
It was great!!!!! I can’t believe how comfortable I felt after a few short minutes into the actual photo shoot. Jolene has this awesome, down to earth vibe and our personalities just clicked. She made me feel SO a comfortable in my own skin and gave me all the best vibes and compliments
What was your favorite part of the entire experience? Can I just say everything?! I think my absolute, most favorite part was seeing my images! It’s crazy to see yourself on the screen, see how you look and not notice any of the insecurities you have.
How has the response been to your images?
I. AM. SHOOK. Stunned. Speechless. Down right AMAZED.
I had NO idea I could look like that, or that my body even looked like that!
What is your advice for women interested in a boudoir experience?
DO IT. Stop hesitating and just. do. it. You will not regret it. Seeing my images gave me a whole new perspective on my body and the beauty it holds.
Did anything change about the way you see your own beauty as a result of your experience?
YES! I didn’t notice my thighs, or my saggy mom boobs in any of my pictures because I was so amazed at how good I actually looked.
